Terms & Condition:-

• If the Returns/Refund are related to product mismatch / missing/ damage/defect/quantity /description for all postpaid / prepaid orders are eligible for return but should be reported within 48 hour from the time of Delivery at Autoeshopping.com in a prescribed manner.
• The product should not be damaged or spoiled and not be put in use for regular usage. One time tried for installation of inspection products will be eligible for return / refund.
• Return / refund request should be accompanied with valid reason to process the return / refund request.
• Replacement/Refunds will be processed on receipt of product to us after due verification. 
• Products received for return / refund with improper handling / use / physical damage / spoiled packing / missing manuals, parts and contents will not be entitled for return / refund.         

In case of return / refund related to missing goods / parts / accessories, Autoeshopping.com should be informed within 24 hour from receipt of delivery or else Autoeshopping.com has all the rights to reject the complaint.

Return Procedure

For all returns / refunds, buyer can register its request through Cancellation Request section in buyer information panel or Email us at sales@autoeshopping.com. Please submit all the information like order ID, product name, reason for return / cancellation for your return.
